Magic 3
A calmer, kinder way to do hygiene
Magic 3 is a colourless foam that reveals and dissolves plaque while you wait, no buzzing, no scraping, no mess. Apply it, leave it for ten minutes, rinse it away. Patients relax, gums settle, and you get a proper breather between cases.
Key Features
Prevent, Correct, Protect
Prevent
Stops the everyday troublemakers in their tracks: dental caries, gingivitis, and the white patches that can appear on enamel during orthodontic treatment. The foam discloses plaque as it works, gently dissolving it over a ten minute window so it never gets the chance to settle in.
Correct
Acute gingival inflammation and bleeding gums calm right down, often within that same appointment. Magic 3 targets the anaerobic microbes behind the redness and bleeding, so your patients leave feeling lighter, not lectured.
Protect
When plaque has been sitting on a tooth for a while, the enamel underneath is already a bit weakened. Abrasive pastes and powders can rough it up further. Magic 3 takes the gentler road, so you protect what's already vulnerable while you clean.
A Better Day at the Practice
Painless, vibration-free, no aerosols. Anxious patients, children, ortho cases, you can finally welcome them in without the usual dread. And while Magic 3 does its thing, you get a real ten minute pause, perfect for paperwork or even a cup of tea.
How It Works
Apply
Pop on the lip retractor, take a medium-long bristled brush and paint Magic 3 over every tooth surface and any swollen gum tissue. The bubbles get going straight away, gently lifting plaque into view.
Wait
Slip a face mask on the patient and let Magic 3 do its work for eight to ten minutes. No drilling, no scraping, just a calm pause for both of you while the foam dissolves the plaque on its own.
Brush and Rinse
A quick once-over with a single tufted brush picks up anything stubborn, then a rinse with water washes it all away. Clean teeth, calmer gums, happy patient.
What It Looks Like Chair-Side
A case from Dr Niki Shah's own surgery. Before Magic 3: heavy plaque, acute marginal bleeding. During: the foam goes to work, quietly lifting plaque without vibration or scraping. After: the same mouth, calmer tissue, no bleeding, no instruments needed.
It's the kind of result that sells itself to anxious patients, ortho cases, and anyone who has ever flinched at a scaler.
